Every month, I have a little something for my lovely readers to give away – as a way of thanking you for sticking around. These gifts will be different every month – so you will see this month’s raffle prize if you scroll down.

I will have fantastic items coming from indie brands and small businesses, and most of them are also sustainably or ethically produced. This is also a shout out to these great businesses doing their things the right way.  I’d like to create awareness, because making conscious choices when deciding about a purchase is more possible than ever these days. We can do better, simply by making positive choices for people and planet.

About DenTek’s eco-friendly oral care products

The new, plant-based flosses, floss picks and interdental brushes are designed to deliver the deep-clean results you’d expect from the original but thanks to the use of more sustainable materials, these are kinder to the planet. 

They are made using bio-based plastic (produced from a raw material derived from sugar cane plants). Firstly, this is a renewable material and not fossil based plastic. So the new products help to reduce reduce carbon emissions by up to 80% in comparison to conventional plastic. The rest of the design remains the same with the same cleaning power.

The DenTek and Candy Kittens competition closes at 12:00 AM on 27th of August  2026 and the winners will be announced via social media and notified via email within 24 hours.

The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.

There is no maximum amount of times an individual can enter, and each entry will be in with a chance of winning.

TWO people will be picked at random as a winner and the host (Captain Bobcat Blog) will send the prize directly to the winner as soon as is reasonably possible. (It is the winner’s responsibility to reply with their full name and address in order to receive their prize).

The winner will have 5 days to respond to their winner’s email, otherwise we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

No cash alternatives are available.
