Chocolate Cookies With Muscovado White Chocolate Chips - a little extra luxury to the classic cookies

Ingredients
- 215 g all purpose flour
- 170 g soft brown sugar
- 115 g margarine or butter room temperature
- 20 g cocoa powder unsweetened
- 20 g carob powder can be swapped for cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 100 g muscovado white chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place every ingredient into a bowl and mix them with your hands.
- Add the white chocolate chips.
- Place the dough into the fridge for 30 min at least.
- Preheat oven to 170 Celsius.Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy.
